1/2 cup almond flour
1/3 cup chickpea flour
3 Tbsp coconut flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
pinch sea salt
1/4 cup coconut sugar
1/4 cup coconut oil, organic butter or ghee melted
1/4 cup dark chocolate chip cookies
Preheat oven to 375.
Mix together the dry ingredients (almond flour, chickpea flour, coconut flour, baking powder, sea salt, and coconut sugar).
Mix in the egg and melted coconut oil, butter or ghee.
Lightly oil a baking sheet. Place spoonfuls of batter on the baking sheet.
Bake for 12-15 minutes, until firm.
